Title: 11 Facts About Tatsuki
Characters: Tatsuki, Orihime, Ichigo, Masaki and some mention of Rukia
Pairings Tiny Ichigo/Tatsuki/Orihime
Spoilers: Up to recent arcs
Summary: 10 Things we may not know about Tatsuki Arisawa
1.She loved karate due to the beauty of the movement. It has never been the question of becoming a tomboy but part of artistic preference as her dad would like to say. Although then she was three, still dotting pink sweaters and ribbons, the flowing dance called Tang Soo Do managed to capture her and as they say everything else was history.
2.If someone would ask her who was her first "love", she would not say Orihime or even Ichigo but Miss Kurosaki, because she was the first person that actually make her feel proud to be considered a girl.
3.Tatsuki liked cargo-pants and shorts because they made her feel freer than she ever felt in her school uniform. Informal and casual, they also represented a bit of her mood and gave her some closure the skirts did not. Besides, short skirts where flamboyantly overrated, long skirts belonged to girls with personalities like Orihime and jeans where for Tuesdays.
4.When Tatsuki was eight, Ichigo had made the mistake of kissing her on the cheek. With a mixture of revulsion and shock she smacked him across the face and was equally surprised to see that he did not cry, but grinned at her from ear to ear.
Much later when Kon did the same, she erupted angrily due to past memories and distant knowledge the culprit wasn’t the culprit.
5.Upon the news of Kurosaki Masaki death, she first thought of Ichigo and wondered if he'd ever smile again. Later on she would quietly cry on Enraku, the first and only gift the mother-and-son had ever given her and the first time she cried since she was a baby.
He stopped calling her "Tatsuki-Chan" soon afterwards.
6.Tatsuki did not have a best friend until she met Orihime. It was not due to unpopularity but mostly due to the fact she never felt she'd find someone close enough to share a deep level of understanding and want to protect more than anything.
She was wrong.
7.The day after she saved her from bullies, Tatsuki began an intense training session with Inoue Orihime. She was surprised to see she did not cry when she punched her on her shoulder, a move that had reduced another Orange-haired child to tears.
8. When she had become class monitor, Chizuru attempted to kiss her and failed miserably. Orihime strangled her with a hug but Ichigo was nowhere to be seen.
9.She often saw ghosts, more so everyday. It eventually became surprising when she began to see other things, such as men in black robes and puffy hair running around town. Then she would start thinking of Ichigo, the missing classmate Rukia and the fact Orihime had gone to her relatives for the first time (Something she knew was untrue but knew to leave it as it was).
Often she wondered if she would be like those ghosts she saw often, perfectly accepting towards the idea of being dead with the knowledge she wasn't close to the people she loved.
Ichigo and Orihime circled her mind in these odd moments.
10. When Orihime came back home that summer and still referred to her as "Tatuski-chan" she nearly burst into tears.
11.She did not like to cry, and did so very rarely yet somehow often because of tragedies surrounding her friends.
